Atrocious Customer Care

I purchased the products recommended to me on your website. My skin quickly became hot, red, itchy and bumpy so I emailed customer care for advice. 5 days later and after sending a second email I got my 1st and only reply from "Charlie"
The reply contained zero advice and was to tell me not to ask for a refund as the company would be out of pocket and would need to dispose of the opened products. As the customer i am out of pocket and will have to dispose of the products and I still have no advice on my skin reaction.
Atrocious lack of care for your customer.
